We’re a forward-thinking, independent specialty coffee roastery and café located in Hong Kong 

At TGIF, we’re committed to carefully sourcing and producing the highest quality coffee on the planet. We focus on the best of the best – coffees we truly love and have acquired from experts we trust, admire and know personally. Since 2021 we've been roasting in small batches on our Diedrich IR-25 roaster. We strive to promote quality and transparency throughout the specialty coffee industry.
